The Play
Outbound, inbound, and pipeline. One live view.
When the numbers are hidden across five tools, decisions get slow. We connect HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, and Search Console into one dashboard your team actually opens.
What it is.
A GTM pipeline dashboard unifies every tool in your go-to-market stack into a single live view of the metrics that actually matter: positive reply rate, meetings booked, pipeline created, and deliverability health.
What we build.
Single source of truth
HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, and Search Console pulled into one live view so outbound, inbound, and pipeline sit side by side.
The metrics that matter
Positive reply rate, meetings booked, pipeline created, and deliverability health. Vanity opens hidden by default.
Per-channel attribution
See which channels and which sequences actually move pipeline, not just activity counts.
Deliverability monitoring
Inbox placement, spam complaint rate, and bounce rate across every sending tool, with alerts when something breaks.
Weekly digest
A scheduled summary delivered to Slack or email, so the team sees the numbers without anyone running a report.
Outcomes.
Faster decisions, fewer surprises, and weekly reviews that take minutes instead of hours. When the numbers are visible, the team optimizes the right things.

FAQ
GTM dashboards, answered straight.
Why not just use HubSpot reports?
HubSpot only sees what is logged in HubSpot. Most outbound activity, deliverability data, and content engagement live in other tools. We unify the picture so decisions are based on all of it.
Do I need a data warehouse?
Usually no. For most B2B teams we connect the tools directly via APIs and n8n, with Looker Studio as the front end. We add a warehouse only when volume or complexity justifies it.
Who owns the dashboard after launch?
You do. We build it on your accounts, train your team to extend it, and hand it over running. No lock-in.
How fast can it go live?
We scope the dashboard in the first meeting. A full GTM pipeline view typically goes live in about two to three weeks.
Does this replace our analyst?
No. It frees them. Once the plumbing is solid, your analyst spends time on questions, not on copying numbers between spreadsheets.
