This website (binaryflow.co) and the related services are provided by Binary Flow Technologies DOO, a limited liability company registered in Skopje, North Macedonia ("BinaryFlow", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the site, booking a call, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

BinaryFlow designs and operates AI strategy, automation, and enablement systems for B2B teams. The site provides information about our work. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or order form ("Engagement Agreement") between you and us. If anything in an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement controls.

• Do not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to access, probe, or disrupt non-public parts of the site or any systems we operate.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or reuse content from the site without our written permission.
• Do not impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

All content on the site, including text, design, code, graphics, and logos, is owned by Binary Flow Technologies DOO or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for non-commercial purposes. All other use requires our prior written consent.

Information you submit through forms, email, or calls is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.

The site uses third-party tools such as Calendly for scheduling and analytics providers for measurement. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from ours.

The site and any free content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Flow Technologies DOO and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site (and not to a specific Engagement Agreement) is limited to EUR 100. Liability under any Engagement Agreement is governed by that agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Binary Flow Technologies DOO harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Skopje, North Macedonia, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the site, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
