This website is operated by Binary Flow Technologies DOO, a company registered in Skopje, North Macedonia (referred to here as "BinaryFlow", "we", "our", or "us"). We can be reached at andrej@binaryflow.co.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit binaryflow.co, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site and any related forms, calls, and emails you exchange with us.

• Information you give us. Name, work email, company, role, and any message content when you submit a form, book a call, or email us.
• Booking data. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the data needed to confirm the meeting.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, referrer, approximate location (derived from IP), device and browser information, and interaction events.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used for basic site function and analytics. See "Cookies" below.

• To respond to your inquiry and run scheduled calls.
• To send relevant follow-up communications about our work.
• To measure and improve the site, content, and our outbound work.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Legal bases under the GDPR: your consent (where required), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, and the performance of a contract or pre-contract steps.

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Inbound inquiries and call notes are typically retained for up to 24 months from last contact.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
